Meditation Lausanne Renens

Who are we ?

Our mission.

The mission of the association Méditation Lausanne Renens is to contribute to the personal development of the inhabitants of French-speaking Switzerland by helping them to awake their consciousness.

With an awakened consciousness, a meditation student’s conflicts decrease while his relationships improve. His quality of life becomes better, which also has a positive impact on all other aspects of his life. If a single person’s consciousness expands, their surroundings evolve and, one thing leading to another, the collective consciousness of society changes.

“Yesterday I was smart, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I want to change myself. »

Rumi.

Our vision.

Meditation Lausanne Renens is above all a place available 7 days a week so that everyone can meditate according to their schedules and occupations, whether at the centre or online (by Skype, Zoom or by phone). The meditation coaches offer a personalised and flexible framework to the meditation student, so that everyone is guided in a considerate manner.

Everyone who comes to the meditation centre can receive a free meditation course to learn where stress comes from and how to get rid of it. Then, those who wish to go deeper in their meditative journey are accompanied in a flexible and adapted way to find inner peace.

Finally, the centre also offers the possibility being formed to become a meditation guide and thus enable everyone to contribute to the development of meditation in French-speaking Switzerland. This path is an adventure that is shared at Méditation Lausanne Renens.

“Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish, he will feed himself for the rest of his life. »

Lao Tseu.

Our strategy.

Enable people in Renens, Lausanne and the surrounding area to talk to meditation guides to deepen their knowledge; to ask questions and seek advice on meditation.

Those interested in meditation can attend a free, personalised introductory course: a teacher welcomes them, listens to them and introduces them to the meditation technique that will allow them to find inner peace, followed by a practical exercise. The aim is to give them the necessary tools to give them autonomy if they wish to meditate on their own.

This is why we offer unlimited access to individual and group classes given at the meditation centre in exchange for a participation fee. Meditation students have the choice of paying their membership fee for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. These contributions cover the expenses of the meditation centre. Thus, by contributing to Méditation Lausanne Renens, anyone can contribute directly to the development of meditation in French-speaking Switzerland.

“Alone we go faster, together we go further. »
